  • To ensure folks can have access to appointment times that are available (which can be limited), cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the appointment. There is a $50 deposit required when scheduling any appointment. Any cancellation occurring within less than 24 hours of the appointment may be considered a no-show, for which the deposit will not be returned.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment makes it difficult to have enough time for the process of working together. It will be at my discretion (based on my schedule, the content/intention for the visit, and the reason for the tardiness) if I will still see you or if you will need to reschedule the appointment. Like a late cancellation, the deposit for a late arrival that needs to be rescheduled is non-refundable.
